Women for Women . A festive evening at Maison Dada Arrigoni, on Friday, April 19th, on the Sentierone in Bergamo, celebrated female empowerment . The focus was on the ACQUA project , an idea by Dada Arrigoni and the Crida brand in support of Cesvi , which created an exclusive capsule collection combining creativity with a charitable purpose. Dada Arrigoni's precious jewels interact with Crida, a fashion brand born from the creativity of Cristina Parodi and Daniela Palazzi: a limited edition that speaks of femininity and timeless beauty.

The jewelry capsule collection features the Happy Frog ring in a unique aqua green, featuring the iconic and precious frog in yellow gold and diamonds. The set is completed with the Happy Frog earrings and the new cuff bracelet from the Happy Frog collection in the same shade of green, also featuring the frog in yellow gold and diamonds. " This project was born from the desire to do something beautiful and useful : we are fortunate people, we must never forget that, and we can and must give our contribution, with a message that is a driving force of hope and tenacity," said Dada Arrigoni during the event. "I learned about Cesvi's work in Zimbabwe and was deeply impressed: I am honored to have lent one of my iconic collections to such an important project . This capsule collection can be useful in spreading Cesvi's work throughout the country and bringing new aid to Africa ."
The color of the ACQUA jewelry capsule collection by Dada Arrigoni is the same color Crida chose for her limited-edition dress: the Taormina long dress, the maison's best-selling dress, is crafted from precious aqua green chiffon with silver fil coupé, "recalling the polka dots so dear to our brand," explained Daniela Palazzi. " The color green was chosen because it conveys hope , the hope that must never be lacking in any part of the world," Cristina Parodi explained during the event. "I visited that part of Africa and learned about this Cesvi project in Zimbabwe, which has remained in my heart. In such a complicated and difficult time, we have decided to move forward: we firmly believe in social commitment ."
Cesvi representatives attended the event: 15% of the proceeds from this capsule will be used for the agricultural development project in Zimbabwe. " An orange grove was created here thanks to a modern system for pumping water from the banks of the Zambezi River. This water nourishes over 100 hectares of land through a drip irrigation system," explained Roberto Vignola. "Currently, 13 irrigation schemes have been created for the production of oranges and paprika, which are then marketed, generating income for the producers and 13 communities of Zimbabwean women who cultivate, harvest, and market their produce. These women have increased their business operations fivefold, generating commercial agreements and guaranteeing a steady income for their families. From farmers, they have become entrepreneurs, for a better future ."

During the event, among the precious jewels of Dada Arrigoni, the Crida spring/summer 2024 fashion collection was also presented. The wine partner of the evening was Franciacorta wines.
