We use only 18 kt gold, 925 silver, G-VVS diamonds, and traceable natural gemstones. Each creation is individually inspected in our laboratory: engraved with the “DA” logo, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, and subject to a final quality check before shipping.
Delivery within Italy is free of charge and handled by an insured “valuables” courier, with delivery within 7 business days. For international orders, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout according to the destination address.
Yes. You may visit our flagship store, one of our authorized retailers, or the jewelry store where your purchase was made. The Maison Dada Arrigoni is available to provide complimentary repairs in the event of a manufacturing defect. However, it cannot be held responsible for improper use by the customer or for any unauthorized tampering.
We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Satispay, and Klarna. The main payment networks are supported, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. At checkout, you can choose to split your payment into three convenient monthly installments through Klarna or PayPal. All our diamonds are conflict-free and certified under the Kimberley Process, ensuring that they do not originate from conflict zones. Sourcing is carried out exclusively through carefully selected suppliers who provide full traceability back to the mine, supported by documented supply-chain verification and third-party audits. Each stone is accompanied by a gemological report and a certificate of authenticity, attesting to its origin, cut, color, and clarity. In this way, we offer beauty and brilliance with the assurance of a socially and ethically responsible impact.
We take online security very seriously. At no time do we store any financial information on our servers. Dada Arrigoni uses trusted third-party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of your personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Shopify Payments. The transfer of purchase information from our website to Shopify Payments is encrypted and digitally signed, providing a secure, tamper-proof connection. Shopify Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest standard of payment security.

Yes. Our packaging — from the high-end cardboard boxes to the certificate of authenticity — is made exclusively from FSC-certified materials, printed with low-impact inks. All components are recyclable and compatible with responsible disposal practices, ensuring an unboxing experience aligned with our values of sustainability.

Post-Purchase Questions

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link that allows you to track your shipment. Alternatively, you can visit the “Track Order” section to check the current status of your delivery. You will need to enter the tracking link or code provided once your order has been processed (sent to you via e-mail). If you have any questions or wish to provide additional delivery details, please contact us.

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product initially received must be returned to Dada Arrigoni in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Only the cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. You may return any product purchased on the Dada Arrigoni website for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, by sending an e-mail to info@dadaarrigoni.com.

Dada Arrigoni will refund the full cost of the product to the customer by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer, only after the product has been received, in accordance with the methods and conditions specified in the sales agreement.

Our goal is to process all returned orders within 14 business days. However, during busier periods of the year, this timeframe may be extended to 30 business days. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
