INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 70/2003

1. Technical phases to follow for the conclusion of the contract

On this website (hereinafter, the " Site ") DADA ARRIGONI allows the conclusion of contracts relating to the sale of jewellery, accessories and other products made by DADA ARRIGONI.

The user can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the Site by respecting the technical procedures illustrated here. Users are reserved the possibility, before proceeding with the purchase, to contact - via the telephone number and email address provided at the bottom of each page of the Site and on the "Contacts" page - DADA ARRIGONI in order to obtain further information.

The purchase of all products is possible through the following procedure: once the user has viewed the page dedicated to the product he is interested in (click on the photo and name of the product), he will start the purchase procedure by clicking the " Add to cart” and clicking the “Check out” button, either directly through the window that appears, or on the page dedicated to the “cart”, where other selected products are possibly listed. At this point the user will be asked for personal and contact details, after which the user will have to click "Go to shipment", a page in which, based on the shipping address indicated, the shipping price will be indicated, which is equal to to the price that the user will have to pay to return the purchased product, should he wish to withdraw from the contract; after which, by clicking "Go to payment" the user will be directed to a page where they can enter the data necessary to make the payment, which can be made by credit card, bank transfer or Pay Pal.

Before proceeding with the payment by clicking on the "Pay now" button, the user will be asked - via the point and click method - to confirm that they have read the privacy information and accept the general contract conditions.

Once the application has been completed and sent, the user must proceed with the payment using the chosen method; the sales contract is considered concluded, and therefore the purchase completed, when DADA ARRIGONI successfully receives the payment.

2. Method of archiving the contract and related access methods

The concluded contract will be stored digitally in folders accessible only to those in charge of processing.

The user will have, at any time, and without charge, the right to request a digital copy of the concluded contract to be sent electronically by e-mail, via request to be sent to info@dadaarrigoni.com .

3. Codes of Conduct

DADA ARRIGONI does not adhere to any code of conduct.

4. Complaints

Any complaints may be proposed by the user by sending a communication to the following e-mail: info@dadaarrigoni.com .

DADA ARRIGONI undertakes to respond within 15 days of receiving the complaint.
