Enhance female entrepreneurship, which promotes development plans with women and for women. Dada Arrigoni's Bella company was awarded the Women Value Company Intesa Sanpaolo award last November 22nd in Milan, an award organized by the banking group in collaboration with the Marisa Bellisario Foundation.

A recognition worth one billion euros dedicated to 100 Italian SMEs that have adopted family/work conciliation solutions, promoted initiatives that guarantee employees a peaceful management of their time in the company - with benefits, vouchers, internal nurseries - or guarantee development and enhancement of women's skills and careers.

Specifically, Bella, a newly formed company that acquired the Dada Arrigoni brand in 2021, was awarded for its training courses, attention to technology and for the expansion of distribution abroad: the foundations of its program are guaranteed by more than thirty years of experience in the hard luxury sector and the Made in Bergamo reality currently represents one of the few independent Italian brands remaining in the high-end jewelery sector.

The award ceremony was also a moment of meeting and sharing, enriched by the analysis of the not very comforting data on female entrepreneurship presented by the Studies and Research management of Intesa Sanpaolo. Italy, in fact, is in last place among European countries for female activity rate: 56.4%, 13 points less than the EU27 average (2022 data). If Italian female entrepreneurship aligned with the European average, our country could record an increase of 2.4 million euros in the workforce (+10%), with positive effects on GDP growth.
