Shipments and Returns

The purchased product will be delivered in Italy free of charge within seven (7) days of online purchase via a qualified courier, appointed by Dada Arrigoni and equipped with suitable insurance coverage. The cost of foreign shipping is communicated on the site before payment, calculated by entering the delivery address.
If the customer makes use of the right of withdrawal, the product initially received must be returned to Dada Arrigoni in perfect condition and in the original packaging. The customer will only be charged for the cost of shipping necessary for the return.
The product must be carried via a courier qualified for the transport of valuable goods, equipped with suitable insurance coverage. Dada Arrigoni provides a courier with these characteristics.

It is possible to return, to request a replacement or refund, any product ordered on the Dada Arrigoni website within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, by sending an email to info@dadaarrigoni.com .

Dada Arrigoni will fully refund the cost of the product to the customer by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer and only after receiving the product, in the manner and under the conditions specified in the contract.
